RETURN POLICY

We are here to make sure you have a great experience browsing and buying artworks. Your feedback and questions are extremely valuable to us and we love to hear from you.

You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of physically receiving the artwork. We are committed to you and want you to be happy. Just return the product to us undamaged within 7 days if you are residing in Bangladesh and 20 days for International buyers.  We will refund you within 10 working days after we receive the artwork.

 

You may return and receive refund for the price of the artwork after deduction of customs (applicable for overseas) and other related costs (not more than 5% of total amount). Shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

If you do decide to return your artwork, please follow these instructions:

 

1. Email support@edgegallery.com.bd with your Invoice and Money Receipt copy and specific reason for the return.

2. Edge Gallery representative will get back to you with the reference invoice number and will brief you the procedure of return.

 

Generally, you have to pack the artwork back in the original tube with the invoice and money receipt form as well as all of the packaging materials and certificate of authenticity that was included in the package. No return will be accepted without the proper paperwork and the works need to be returned in perfect condition in their original packaging to qualify for returns.

 

Then ship it back to us at our warehouse:

3. No return will be accepted past 30 days  upon receipt of delivery and without the proper paperwork. Any damage occurred in the hand of customers will not be under return policy.

 

Works from Our Partners and Third Party

Unless noted otherwise, all partner/third party works and services are final sale and non-refundable. Refundable works are subject to partner/third party conditions.

 

For Damaged Prints

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, simply take one digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container it arrived in, then attach the photos to an email and send to support@edgegallery.com. An Edge Gallery representative will get back to you in 2  working days, on how to proceed with your order.

Just return the product undamaged. For customer in Bangladesh, product should reach us in 7 calendar days of our acceptance of your return. If you are outside Bangladesh, it is 20 calendar days.

This does not sound applicable. As it has already been mentioned that return must be confirmed in 24 hours of physically receiving the artwork.
